I read that somewhere that if i were IAM, the chances of me getting into mit is the same as me getting hit by a thunderbolt. There is no affirmative action in international admissions (kind of hard, since there are no *-Americans in the international pool). We will, as always, still consider context. So, if youre from a disadvantaged minority group in your country, from a lower socioeconomic background, etc., that will definitely be taken into consideration. In short, being an IAM doesnt really affect your chances one way or the other. As an international applicant, it will be hard in any case, with an admit rate of ~5%.
